Information you give us. When you fill in a contact or enquiry form, message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we collect what you choose to share. This can include:

- the service you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and any ceremony requirements
- details needed to fix a Muhurtham or perform a ritual, such as names, nakshatra, gotra or birth details of family members, if you choose to provide them

When you browse the Website, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and how you reached the Website. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to complete your ceremony and handle any follow-up, and for up to three years afterwards so we can assist you with future ceremonies for your family. You can ask us to delete your details sooner. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the services listed above.
How we protect your information
The Website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to form submissions and messages is limited to Purohith Karthikeya Sastry and those assisting with your ceremony. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Bookings are made by adults. If a ceremony involves a child, such as a naming ceremony or Upanayanam, we collect the child’s details only from a parent or guardian and only for that ceremony.

The Website links to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp. These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
